These Terms and Conditions may be modified. You agree that the current version of these terms will always be binding for our agreement.
Definitions (Article 1):
The following terms have the following meanings in this context:
- Cooling-off Period: The period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.
- Consumer: A natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business and who enters into a distance contract with an entrepreneur.
- Day: Calendar date.
- Subscription Agreement: A distance contract regarding a series of products and/or services where the supply and/or purchase obligation is spread over time.
- Durable Medium: Any mechanism that allows a consumer or trader to store information personally directed to them to retrieve later.
- Right of Withdrawal: The consumer's right to withdraw from the distance contract during the cooling-off period.
- Entrepreneur: The party engaging in a profession or commercial activity.
- Contract: An agreement where, up to the conclusion of the contract, only one or more technologies for distance communication are used within a system established by the entrepreneur for the distance sale of goods and/or services.
- Customer: The consumer.
- Telecommunication Technology: Means that allow a contract to be concluded without the consumer and the online store being in the same room at the same time.

Applicability (Article 2):
All e-commerce offers, agreements, and orders between e-commerce and the consumer are subject to these general terms and conditions.
Before concluding the contract, the customer receives a copy of these Terms and Conditions. If this is not reasonably possible before the contract is concluded, it will be indicated that the Terms and Conditions are available in the online store and will be sent to the customer as soon as possible by email.
On the e-commerce website, anyone can access the Terms and Conditions at any time. Situations and uncertainties not covered by the Terms and Conditions should be interpreted "in their spirit." The general terms and conditions of the customer and/or third parties are not applicable within the agreement between the customer and the online store.
Offer (Article 3):
- If an offer is time-limited or subject to restrictions, this must be explicitly stated in the offer.
- The offer remains non-binding until it is accepted. The online store reserves the right to modify the offer at any time.
- The offer contains a detailed description of the available goods and/or services so the customer can correctly assess the offer. If photos are used in the online store, they represent the available products and/or services accurately. The online store is not bound by an offer if it contains an obvious error or mistake.
- Images alongside the products accurately represent what is available. The online store cannot guarantee that colors shown on the website match the actual product colors exactly.
- Each offer contains information on the rights and obligations of the customer if they accept the offer, especially regarding the post-tax price, any shipping costs, the process to finalize the agreement, the right of withdrawal, and methods of payment, delivery, and fulfillment.
- For subscription agreements, a minimum contract term must be included.
Agreement (Article 4):
- The contract is concluded when the customer's offer is accepted, provided the relevant terms are met.
- If the customer accepts the offer electronically, the online store will confirm receipt of the acceptance. The customer can cancel the contract as long as this confirmation has not been provided.
- For contracts concluded electronically, the online store will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect electronic data transmission and ensure online security.
- Within the limits of the law, the online store may investigate the customer's ability to fulfill financial obligations and other relevant factors for a responsible contract. If there are legitimate reasons, the online store may refuse to enter into the contract.
- The customer will receive the following information in writing along with the product or service: the e-commerce branch address for complaints, warranty details, existing customer support, terms of withdrawal, and any service guarantees.
Right of Withdrawal (Article 5):
- The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days without providing a reason. The cooling-off period begins the day after the consumer or their representative has received the goods.
- The consumer should handle the product and packaging carefully and only unpack or use the product as necessary to assess if they want to keep it. The seal must remain intact at all times.
- If the customer exercises their right of withdrawal, they must return the product with all accessories and, if possible, in its original condition and packaging, following clear instructions.
- If the customer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must notify the online store within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product and return the product within the same period.
Cost of Withdrawal (Article 6):
- The consumer bears the costs of returning the products if they exercise their right of withdrawal.
- If the customer has already paid, the online store will refund the payment as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after cancellation, provided the goods have been received in good condition.
Delivery and Fulfillment (Article 10):
- When receiving and processing product orders, the online store acts with the utmost care.
- The address provided by the customer is the delivery location.
- Orders accepted by the online store will be fulfilled promptly, no later than thirty (30) days, unless the customer has agreed to a longer delivery period.
Payment (Article 11):
- Unless otherwise agreed, the contract is fulfilled when the consumer has paid in full.
- The consumer should report any discrepancies in payment information to the online store without delay.
Dispute Procedure (Article 12):
- The online store maintains a complaints procedure on its website and handles complaints accordingly.
Intellectual Property Rights (Article 13):
- All intellectual property rights to offers, documents, photos, drawings, software, domains, and related materials belong to the online store.
Liability (Article 14):
- The online store is liable only for actual damages incurred by the customer due to an error by the online store.
Nullity, Disputes, and Applicable Law (Article 15):
- The validity of the remaining terms will not be affected if one of these terms is found invalid. The invalid clause will be replaced with a clause that closely matches the invalid clause’s wording.
- All contracts, services, offers, and orders are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
