Refund & Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with the products they buy from us.


Returns

You can return an item within 14 calendar days from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Please contact us before sending a return, as the return address may vary depending on the origin of your order.


Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. After inspection, we will inform you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit or debit card. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Note: Most banking institutions process refunds within 3 to 5 business days.


Additional Information Required

Sometimes, a tax identification number or additional information is required for us to process your order. We will inform you if this is the case. This is only needed in a few countries and allows our products to pass through customs smoothly. If this information is not provided, we cannot process your order, and no refund will be issued.


Shipping

All customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend sending returned items with a tracking option, as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit.

If the return is caused by the customer, they should cover the shipping costs. The exact fee will depend on the courier service chosen.

If the item is being returned due to our error (damaged or incorrect goods), the customer will not be required to pay return shipping fees.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Cancellations

Our cancellation policy allows for cancellations within 6 hours of placing an order.

If the customer does not receive the package, it will be redirected to the post office for collection. If unclaimed, it will be returned to us. In this case, the customer may choose to have the item resent and will cover the reshipping costs.


Damaged Items

Please attach photos and a video showing the poor quality or damaged parts of the goods to help us assist you as quickly as possible. For best results, take pictures on a flat, well-lit surface where the faults are easily visible. This information will help us assist with your order and prevent future issues. Please inform us within 14 days of receiving the damaged or defective items.
